We forward this information to the hotel you book, but it is not shared in any way with other outside parties. Summit Hotels & Resorts does not sell or distribute any personal information about you or about any other traveller.

In addition to the email confirmation you get when you make an online reservation with us, you will from time to time also receive emails informing you about other services and travel related promotions we offer in association with our partner companies. This additional information is only sent to you if you request it, and you may take your name off the mailing list at any time simply by contacting us at comments@summithotels.com

You also need to know that, when you set up a personal profile on our website, we track your route through the site using a cookie. All that a cookie does is remember some of the information you provided last time you visited the site, such as your travel dates and other preferences. This makes subsequent visits to the site quicker and more convenient. Note that it is possible to reserve on our website without setting up a personal profile, and in this case, no cookie is used.
